Quicy's Workout Routine

The other day, I put Quincy on the couch, and I watched as he slowly tipped over. It was clear that Quincy's core muscles are in need of a little toning. So he met with his personal trainer, and they came up with a workout routine...


Sets of 5 minutes in the Bumbo to build core muscle strength.

Sets of 1 push-up and holding up his big head.

Butterfly presses, stomach crunches, and leg lifts.

This is it Quincy. This is when you start to take control of your life, your best life. Do it for Oprah! You can do it! Be the champion I know you are!
